Shipping policy
Where we ship from
Every order is packed and shipped by us from Prague, Czech Republic. We ship with Czech Post (Česká pošta), DPD and UPS, and through the Balík do zahraničí international shipping service; the carrier depends on the destination.
Shipping cost
The exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout from the destination and parcel weight. The table shows the cheapest price per carrier among our curated checkout services for the lightest tier (up to 0.5 kg), not every service in the carrier catalogue. We offer tracked Czech Post small packets where eligible, one standard parcel service (economy where offered, otherwise priority), eligible EMS, the cheapest eligible service per courier brand and at most one courier express service overall. Untracked small packets are not offered.

Prices are rounded up to a €0.50 increment. “—” means this carrier has no curated checkout option for this tier; other researched services may be excluded by our selection rule. Only the cheapest courier express service is retained; the other courier choices are non-express. Postal EMS is separate. Tracked small packets (up to 2 kg) have no carrier compensation liability; this does not limit your rights against RoboFuze. Options vary by destination and parcel weight; for heavier parcels without a checkout option, email us for a shipping quote.
Your country is not listed, or checkout offers no shipping option for your address? Ordering for a whole event? Email info@robofuze.com and we will quote shipping.
Dispatch times
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 3–10 business days of your order; carrier transit time then depends on the destination. We produce in batches, so during competition season dispatch can take longer. If you need parts for a specific competition date, email us before ordering and we will confirm what is possible.
Pre-orders (for example the IR ball) are dispatched when the next production batch is ready. We do not announce a dispatch date, and the dispatch estimates above do not apply to pre-orders; we will email you as soon as your order ships.
Customs and import fees
For shipments outside the EU, customs duties, import VAT and carrier handling fees are not included in our prices or shipping cost and are paid by the customer. Please check your country's rules before ordering.
Tracking
When your order ships you receive a shipping confirmation, with tracking where the carrier provides it.
