Terms and Conditions of the RoboFuze Online Store
General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations between:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”)
and the Buyer, who enters into a purchase agreement through the online store www.robofuze.cz.
Subject of Sale
The Seller offers handcrafted electronic products (e.g., IR Balls) and related accessories for sale.
Each product is unique and may slightly differ in appearance from the photographs shown on the website.
RoboFuze products are handmade, highly specific products manufactured in limited quantities for the RoboCup and robotics community. They are not mass-produced items.
Because of limited handmade production capacity, production and shipping times may be longer than usual. Any delivery times shown on our website are estimates only, unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are listed in EUR. RoboFuze is based in the Czech Republic (EU) and is not VAT registered.
All prices are final and VAT-free.
The Buyer may choose to pay by bank transfer, payment card, or cash on delivery (within the Czech Republic).
Customs, Import Duties and Local Taxes
For international shipments, the order price and shipping cost do not include any customs duties, import VAT, local taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees or other import-related charges that may be required by the destination country.
These charges are determined by the customs authorities, tax authorities or delivery carrier in the customer’s country and are the responsibility of the customer, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
The customer is responsible for checking whether any import duties, customs fees or local taxes may apply before placing an order.
If a parcel is returned to us because the customer refuses to pay customs duties, import taxes or carrier fees, we may deduct the original shipping cost, return shipping cost and any related fees from any refund, where permitted by law.
Shipping and Delivery
Goods are shipped via Czech Post, UPS, DPD or Balík do zahraničí international shipping service.
Delivery time is usually 3–7 business days within the Czech Republic and varies for international orders depending on the destination.
Responsibility for the goods passes to the Buyer upon receipt of the parcel.
Production and Shipping Times
RoboFuze products are handmade and produced in limited quantities. Because of this, order processing, production and shipping may take up to 2 months, depending on current circumstances.
Possible reasons for longer processing times include, but are not limited to, production capacity, PCB ordering and delivery times, component availability, supplier delays, competition periods, customs processing, and other factors outside our direct control.
Any delivery dates or shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed, unless expressly confirmed by us in writing.
Withdrawal from the Contract
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. Before returning the goods, the Buyer must contact the Seller via e-mail at bukajlag@gmail.com to arrange the return procedure.
Returned goods must be complete and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless the goods are defective.
Complaints and Warranty
The products are covered by a 24-month warranty.
Claims are accepted only for defects resulting from manufacturing or transport damage.
For any claims, please contact us first by e-mail at bukajlag@gmail.com to arrange the procedure.
We will review each case individually and propose a suitable solution (e.g., repair instructions, replacement, or partial refund) depending on the circumstances.
Free Service at Events
RoboFuze provides free maintenance and minor repairs at public events where its products are sold.
This includes minor fixes (e.g., LED replacement) and functional checks.
This service applies only to products purchased directly from RoboFuze.
Sustainable Packaging
We use recycled or reused packaging materials that are clean and safe for shipping.
Thank you for helping us reduce our ecological footprint.
Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
Customer personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and delivering goods.
More details can be found in the Privacy Policy (GDPR Statement) document.
Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
These Terms come into effect on 10.11.2025.
