Refund policy

Withdrawal within 14 days

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To withdraw, email info@robofuze.com with your order number (you may also use the model withdrawal form below). Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.

We refund the price you paid, including the standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal; we may wait until we have the goods back or you have shown that you sent them, whichever is earlier. Return shipping is paid by you.

You may handle the goods as you would in a shop to check them. You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond that.

Faulty goods

You have statutory rights for goods that are faulty or not as described (24 months from delivery). Email info@robofuze.com and we will repair or replace the item free of charge, or reduce the price or refund you where repair or replacement is not possible.

If we cannot resolve a complaint together, a consumer may turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Praha 2, adr.coi.cz), which handles out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.

Pre-orders

Pre-ordered products are dispatched when the next production batch is ready. The 14-day withdrawal period starts when you receive them.

Refused parcels

If a parcel comes back to us because customs duties, import taxes or carrier fees were not paid, we refund the order minus the cost the carrier charges us for sending the parcel back and its unpaid-fee charges.
